A REAL HYDRAULIC INSTALL ISN'T A KIT.

Anyone can bolt a hydraulic kit into a car. What you get when you do that is a system that fights your suspension, leaks at every fitting, and breaks its own switches inside a year. That's not what we do.

We design every install around the car: how it sits, how it drives, how you want it to behave. Frame reinforcement is matched to the cylinder load. Plumbing is run clean and supported. The switch panel is built so it actually feels right under your hand. Wiring is done so the next person who works on it (us or anyone else) can follow what we did.

That's the difference between a system that lasts and a system that gets pulled out and redone two years from now.

Build Process

SIX STEPS.
ONE BUILD.

/01

DESIGN

Pump count, cylinder length, battery layout, switch placement. We design the system around the build, not the other way around.

/02

REINFORCE

Frame boxing, gusseting, mount fabrication. The structural work nobody sees but everything depends on.

/03

INSTALL

Pumps, cylinders, batteries set into position. Mounting hardware fabricated to fit your specific car.

/04

PLUMB

Hard lines bent and run clean. Soft lines routed with strain relief. Fittings torqued to spec.

/05

WIRE

Switch panel wiring done so it can be serviced 5 years from now. Battery isolation, fuse placement, ground paths all sorted.

/06

TUNE

Pressure set, switches tested, drive characteristics dialed. We don't hand it back until it does what you wanted.

QUESTIONS.

What does a hydraulic install actually involve? +
A full install means designing the system around your car (pump count, cylinder length, battery layout), reinforcing the frame to handle the loading, plumbing the lines, wiring the switch panel, and tuning the system for how you want it to drive. A simple two-pump setup is different from a six-battery competition build — both take real work.
How much does a hydraulic install cost? +
Wide range, depends entirely on the scope. A clean two-pump build is one number; a competition six-battery, three-pump, custom switch-panel show car build is a different number entirely. We give detailed quotes after we walk through what you actually want with you.
Do you service hydraulics that someone else installed? +
Yes. We diagnose, rebuild, and repair hydraulic systems regardless of who built them. Pump rebuilds, leak diagnosis, switch panel repairs, plumbing fixes — bring it in.
How long does a full install take? +
Depends on the build complexity and what we have on the schedule. A straightforward setup might take 1-2 weeks once we start. Complex show builds run longer. We give you a real timeline up front, not a generic answer.
Do you do show-quality builds? +
Yes. Cosmetic welds, polished components, custom-fabricated panels, hidden plumbing — all the details that separate a daily-driver install from a show build. We work with paint and upholstery shops to coordinate the full build when needed.
